The American Favorite Japanese No.1 Art Punk Girls Trio, TsuShiMaMiRe, will return to the U.S. with 18 shows in 18 days in the East Coast in their 17th year. This is their 14th U.S. tour.
They released their new album “ABANDON HUMAN” in Japan and toured from South to West Coast in the U.S. in spring of 2016. This time, they will tour the east side of the continent continuing “ABANDON HUMAN TOUR.”
TsuShiMaMiRe will travel with the Austin-based band, WE Are The Asteroid, which features Nathan Calhoun (bass) who was the member of Butthole Surfers (2000-2002). They will visit New York and Chicago for the first time since “JAPAN NITE TOUR 2015” in March, 2015.

[Biography]
TsuShiMaMiRe is Japanese Art Punk Girls Trio since 1999. Their style is very free style, alternative, electric, punk rock, free jazz, ska, surf and funk, mixing noisy and pop instrumental sounds with idiosyncratic, quirky, often funny or disturbing lyrics.
They are one of the many bands to have become famous in the United States through the Austin, Texas South by Southwest music festival, and also through their performances at anime conventions, with the Suicide Girls, and at Benten Label’s “Japan Girls Nite” U.S. tours.
In 2007 they were voted “Best All-Girl Group” by Shojo Beat magazine USA.
In Japan they made a major debut in 2009 from Victor Entertainment.
And then they have started their own label, Mojor Records in 2010.
They never do a member change for 17 years. So their groove is super tight and emotional. Their live performance is absolutely great. They are definitely one of the best live bands and also the most powerful all girl bands in Japan.
Their 11th Album [ABANDON HUMAN] was released in October, 2015.
They had a tour in U.S in March to April 2016 with WE Are the Asteroid. And they come back to U.S. in October 2016! Come to see TsuShiMaMiRe!!!
